How soon will I receive my order?
Every flute is made to order, just for you. We select the perfect piece of bamboo for the instrument you've selected and make sure that the finished product is the highest quality. Our time to craft and process orders is 3-5 business days. Shipment times vary depending on your selected shipping option. Within the USA, USPS priority mail will usually deliver in 1-3 business days. USPS priority express is guaranteed to deliver in 1-3 business days. Flute bags ship USPS first class, which generally takes 2-6 business days.
What is your return policy?
We only want happy customers and gladly accept returns and exchanges. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and ship items back to us within 30 days of your order. We would love to have the ability to cover return shipping costs like some of the large companies out there, but due to the boutique nature of the business, all original shipping and additional return shipping costs are covered by the buyer.
Custom flute bags on not returnable. However, we want you to be happy with your order. If your flute bag doesn't work for your flute, please contact us and we will gladly exchange it for the proper size.
